Ø      The File Number should be formatted as 9999-99999 where the first (9999) is the year followed by a “-“ then the file sequence number with the leading zeros. (i.e. 1998-01234).

Ø      The wild card character % will allow you to query for word(s) anywhere within a column

Ø      The Town, County, Application Type and Status columns are drop down list columns allowing you to select a specific Town, County, Permit Type and/or Status.

Ø      If the owner name contains NO wild card characters (%), then one will automatically be placed at the beginning and the end of the name.

1.      If the Status Date From is missing or invalid, it will be replaced with 01/01/1900.
